But....we need some help from you! All returns and exchanges MUST be accompanied by an Return Authorization Number (RA#) written on the outside of the package. Please note that our receiving department will NOT accept ANY returns without a preauthorized return number clearly indicated on the outside of the package.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ORIGINAL ORDER.
Discounted/Clearance merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.
To Obtain a RA# Email [email protected] with the following COMPLETE information:
- - Order Number
- - Items to be Returned
- - Reason for Return
- - Items You Would Like to Receive in Exchange (if applicable)
